It started as a community-building exercise during 2020 and grew into something much greater: a structured and effective program to sculpt and strengthen. This format of fitness is intentional, efficient and accessible: 40-minute virtual barre fusion classes from the comfort of your own space -— a challenging, smart workout and an exercise in self-care and mental wellness, just as much as physical.
