40 straight minutes of barre-style sculpting,

cardio elements for a full body burn.
Each class will vary in theme, often focusing on a specific muscle group, area of the body, or “style” of movement to keep your workouts varied. But ALL will strengthen your core, improve flexibility & balance, and increase athletic performance.

What if I’ve never done barre?
The class is designed for all levels! Not only does it fuse various styles of workouts, but I’ll always be offering modifications to movements and introducing new concepts while explaining the reasons behind them. Whether you’re beginner or veteran to group workouts, this class will be accessible!
How do I pay for class?
My classes are sold as drop-in’s here on my site for $12. If you join the newsletter, you can use the platforms designated in the newsletter email to send payment. Thank you!
What do I need for class?
Open your laptop or phone to the online stream, and grab a mat, a water and any props designated in the morning newsletter email. Props will ALWAYS be common household items, and often class will only run on bodyweight exercises — meaning we use just our own bodies as resistance.
What if I have an injury?
Please email me using the contact form on the Home page with any personal information you’d like me to know so I can best assist with verbal cues on the stream. And always listen to your body during all workouts and use modifications offered when needed.
What if I don’t have weights at home?
You can use any items that are about 1, 2, or 3 lbs for designated “small weight” exercises. We’ll use repetition with small weights for muscular strength and tone. In the event that the class recommends medium (6-10 lbs) or heavy (10 lb+) weights, it’s helpful to have some sets of dumbbells to use to build strength!
Do I have to share my video?
Sharing your video is absolutely NOT required. Do so only if you feel comfortable. I love to create a community vibe during these classes, so if you do choose to share your video, I can call you out and help assist during the workout. See you on the screen!
