Molly is a NASM-certified personal trainer with a specialty in strength training, core work and functional fitness. A fitness instructor since 2015, she was certified in barre and indoor cycling in Washington, D.C. and soon fell in love with the combination of HIIT, strength and conditioning — all of which were sprinkled into her virtual offerings from 2020-2022. She currently teaches weight training/strength and metabolic conditioning, sculpt/mat Pilates and stationary climbing in Los Angeles.
She believes in fitness that is first and foremost EFFICIENT for a busy life, but also fun and effective; challenging and rewarding. Whether a beginner or more advanced student, everyone can benefit from intentional and consistent movement. Hope you’ll get in touch for a session soon.
